The Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP), in partnership with Vets for American Ideals and Service Year, will be hosting a storytelling show on National Day of Service and Remembrance, featuring military veterans, Service Year alumni, and Iraqi and Afghan wartime allies. We hope you join us to hear these powerful stories of service and hope.
This unique night of storytelling will feature seven different perspectives of service, including three veterans, two service year alumni, and two of our wartime allies (Special Immigrant Visa recipients) from Iraq and Afghanistan. Service happens in many ways, shapes, and forms, but we will hear how it creates a common outcome to challenge, inspire, and transform.
When & Where: The show will take place Tuesday, September 11th at DC Improv (1140 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036). Doors will open at 6:30 PM and the show will run from 7:30 - 9:30 PM.
Tickets: Tickets are $15 when you reserve online and will be $20 at the door.
